ABOUT ME
I am a fully qualified Level 3 mobile Reflexologist, learning at the London School of Reflexology, offering home visits in Finchley, Hendon, Golders Green, Hampstead, Hampstead Garden Suburb and Hertfordshire.
As a passionate Reflexologist of 10 years, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve holistic wellness through the art of reflexology. My goal is to provide a nurturing and healing experience that restores balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. With a focus on client well-being, I personalise each session to address specific needs and promote overall vitality. Continual professional development (CPD) is an important part of my practice and a requirement of my membership associations, so I am constantly learning new techniques to enhance my treatments.
I am trained in Foot Reflexology, Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method), Hand Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Hot Stones Reflexology, Mindfulness Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), and Complementary Therapies in Cancer Care (Butterfly Touch Therapies).
I am proud to be a qualified and insured Reflexologist registered with The Association of Reflexologists and a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists.
