1. About the Service

These terms apply to all treatments and services provided by Daniel Anderson, a mobile reflexology service operating in London and surrounding areas.

By booking an appointment, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made by phone, text, email, or through the website/social media platforms.

A booking is confirmed once a date and time have been agreed.

Please ensure there is adequate space available for treatment at your home or workplace.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to full treatment being charged. 

Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

 

4. Late Arrivals

If a client is late, treatment time may need to be shortened in order to avoid delays for other appointments.

Full payment may still apply.

 

5. Payments

Payment is on booking or due at the end of each treatment unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash

• Bank transfer

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 

 

6. Health & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information before treatment.

 

Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

Clients with serious medical conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, circulatory issues, or ongoing treatment from a healthcare professional should consult their GP before booking if unsure.

 

7. Professional Boundaries

All treatments are strictly professional therapeutic services.

Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment ending immediately and full payment becoming due.

 

8. Hygiene & Safety

Clean towels and equipment will be used for every treatment.

Clients are asked to provide a safe, clean, and smoke-free environment during appointments where possible.

 

9. Liability

While every care is taken during treatments, clients receive treatments at their own discretion and risk.

Daniel Anderson Reflexology accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or adverse reaction unless caused by proven negligence.

 

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information and consultation forms are kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

Personal information will never be shared with third parties without consent unless legally required.

 

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
