PURE REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a natural therapy that is a truly relaxing process which may offer benefits to people with all kinds of common ailments. I have used reflexology to support patients suffering from such things as stress, the menopause and fertility. Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy. It is based on the theory that parts of our feet and hands correspond to parts of the body. It is thought the ancient Egyptians used it for healing. Reflexology as a modern-day treatment was refined and developed in the 20th century, most notably by American Eunice Ingham. The treatment involves applying gentle but firm pressure on the feet or hands. It is thought that working these points can bring about balance and healing in the corresponding part of the body. In addition, reflexology promotes deep relaxation, which can normalise blood pressure and improve the body's circulation. Reflexology aims to improve the overall physical and emotional health of the client

POWER REFLEXOLOGY
Power Reflexology is generally a more dynamic and intensive style of reflexology that uses firmer pressure and more focused techniques on the reflex points of the feet, hands, or ears. The aim is to stimulate the body's systems more deeply, helping to encourage relaxation, improve circulation, reduce tension, and support the body's natural balance. Unlike a gentle relaxation-focused treatment, Power Reflexology often: Uses stronger pressure on reflex points. Focuses on releasing areas of congestion or tension. May be tailored for clients who prefer a more robust treatment. It can be used to invigorate and relax.
